We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy regarding returns and warranties for electronic components.

1. General Returns

You may return items within 7 days of purchase if they are in their original, unopened packaging. Please note:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• A small restocking fee might apply in certain cases.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or functionally defective, we will offer a replacement or refund.

• Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue via WhatsApp.
• We will conduct a basic assessment and process your replacement promptly.

3. Warranty Policy

Electronic components vary in their warranty coverage. Generally:

• Modules & Sensors: 7-day checking warranty unless specified otherwise.
• Power Adapters & Tools: 1-3 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Consumables: Soldering wire, flux, etc. are not returnable once used.

4. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Incorrect wiring or polarities.
• Over-voltage or short circuits.
• Physical damage or modification by the user.
• Water or moisture damage.
